Overview
The incumbent will work closely with the Key Account Team to ensure customer calls are dispatched accurately, quote and invoice accuracy is maintained, and customers are welcomed upon entry of the office.
Responsibilities
- Answering phones and directing calls to appropriate geographic regions and Key Account Representatives
- Dispatching customer calls
- Providing administrative support to various operational teams and departments to ensure effective daily business operations
- Coding and quoting invoices while ensuring accuracy
- Maintaining and entering accurate information in accounting and field management databases
- Reviewing, organizing and correcting documentation for customer transactions
- Other duties as required to support business needs
Qualifications
- 1-2 years’ experience in a position in customer service and/or preparing professional service invoices
