Duties and Responsibilities:
Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Greet, assist, and engage customers to drive sales & KPIs.

+ Understand product offerings to deliver strong recommendations.

+ Support stock replenishment and basic housekeeping of kiosk.

+ Manage cash register and simple payment processes (e.g. e-wallets, QR codes, POS).

+ Collect customer feedback and report recurring concerns or product insights.

+ Maintain cleanliness and visual standards throughout the shift.

+ The frontline vide-maker.

Academic Qualification(s):

+ Candidates must possess at least (SPM).

Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):

+ Sales Experience.

+ Retail store experience.
