Position Overview
The Knowledge and Innovation Lawyer is responsible for working collaboratively with internal stakeholders (lawyers, students, and business service teams) to create and organize content, and to identify, evaluate and implement legal technology solutions, processes and workflows that create efficiencies and enhance client service delivery.
This is a one‑year contract position, with the possibility of extension.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to internal stakeholders on the availability and use of practice management tools and resources.
- Become an expert in the core processes and technologies supported by Knowledge and Innovation.
- Create, organize and maintain knowledge products and knowledge sites for specific practice areas.
- Research prior knowledge databases and collate, curate and catalogue knowledge content for re-use.
