We are currently looking for an Application Support Consultant for Level 3 support. The ideal candidate provides senior production support for mission‑critical wire payment applications and platforms. This role leads complex incident resolution, drives root cause analysis, and partners across business, engineering, infrastructure, cloud, and database teams to maintain stability, resiliency, and regulatory support.
