Summary

The Lab Technician plays a critical role in supporting Shawflex’s Product Development and Technology teams by ensuring materials and products meet required quality, performance, and compliance standards. This role contributes directly to the successful development and validation of innovative polymer‑based products through accurate laboratory testing, disciplined documentation, and strong collaboration with engineers and technologists. This is a hands‑on, on‑site position within a manufacturing and laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute routine and non‑routine laboratory testing to support product development, quality assurance, and validation initiatives.
• Prepare test samples, operate laboratory and measurement equipment, and accurately capture and document test results.
• Support engineers and technologists with experimental setups, trials, and investigative testing activities.
