What You Will Do: Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all testing team owned hardware.
Track hardware assignments, returns, replacements, and lifecycle status.
Oversee hardware procurement requests and coordinate with IT.
Ensure proper documentation for all hardware transactions and maintain accurate asset records.
Prepare and configure new devices for employees, including OS setup, required software installation, security configurations, and user account provisioning.
Perform routine hardware checks, updates, and troubleshooting before deployment.
Support hardware refresh cycles and coordinate device swaps with minimal disruption.
