Your role will involve advising clients on labor and employment law, developing strategies for managing workplace relations, representing them before administrative and judicial bodies, and actively contributing to the development of the firm’s business. Advise and assist employers in labor and employment law, both in terms of prevention and managing complex situations. Develop legal strategies in workplace relations, including conflict management, disciplinary measures, and sensitive cases. Represent clients before administrative and judicial courts, including the Labor Relations Board, grievance arbitrators, and civil courts.
