As a LABORATORY TECHNICIAN, you will manage the supply and support of the production lines, as the pre-treatment and painting of parts in our coating services business, Metokote.You will work reporting directly to our Quality Coordinator at our plant in Apodaca.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the pretreatment and painting lines to make the necessary equipment adjustments.Validate equipment calibration and initial chemical loads in the tanks, and monitor pressures and levels in each stage to ensure service quality.Manage cyclic inventories of chemical products and track missing requirements in the system.Oversee preventive maintenance activities for each line.Provide efficient administrative follow-up for completing documentation.QualificationsEducation: Technical degree or bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.More than 1 year of laboratory experience.Knowledge of ecoat and pretreatment.Office skills: Excel (form filling, charts, formulas).
