This role provides critical operational, analytical, and coordination support to the Labour Relations function at the Calgary Board of Education (CBE), ensuring the consistent, timely, and high-quality delivery of employee and labour relations (ER/LR) services across the system.
The Labour Relations Analyst supports the effective management of grievances, investigations, discipline, and other ER/LR matters. The role is central to maintaining strong case management practices, ensuring timelines are met, and enabling a coordinated and client-centered approach to service delivery.
