The role involves coordinating planning approvals, engineering, budgeting, scheduling, and technical reviews to ensure successful land development projects.
Responsibilities
- Support project planning, engineering, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly budget and schedule updates.
- Assist with consultant and contractor selection and contract administration.
- Manage application submissions and track project milestones.
- Prepare and coordinate development applications (zoning, subdivision, site plan, plan of condominiums).
- Liaise with municipal staff and agencies to secure approvals and clearances.
