The PSC Leader – LATAM is a senior people operations leader responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery, stability, and continuous improvement of Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Benefits Administration services across the LATAM countries: Mexico, Brazil and Argentina. This role combines deep functional expertise with strong vendor management and HR transformation capabilities, ensuring high‑quality service delivery while driving efficiency, scalability, and modernization of people processes and systems.
The role plays a critical part in HR transformation initiatives, partnering closely with HR, Finance, People Systems, and external service providers (notably ADP) to deliver compliant, employee‑centric, and future‑ready solutions.
