Laundry Manager

Rate of Pay: $70,000 - $75,000 per year.

Location: Kananaskis, AB. Subsidized staff housing is available.

Responsibilities

Operational Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all laundry activities, including washing, drying, ironing, folding, and distribution of linens.
• Monitor the condition of all linens; coordinate with the Executive Housekeeper for replacements when needed.
• Conduct bimonthly linen inventories.
• Maintain the cleanliness, order, and safety of the laundry area.
• Ensure proper use of washing formulas, detergents, and machinery to achieve the best results with minimal wastage.
• Establish and maintain laundry schedules to meet the operational needs of the hotel.
• Accommodate special requests as needed (guest & staff laundry).
