We are seeking a detail‑oriented Law Clerk, Commercial Real Estate & Banking and Finance to join our Real Estate team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to lawyers on a wide range of commercial real estate and banking and finance transactions, from file opening through to closing.
The ideal candidate brings strong drafting skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced practice environment. You will regularly liaise with clients, lenders, municipalities, and other professional contacts to ensure transactions proceed efficiently and in compliance with all applicable laws and procedures.
