A Lead Product Support Engineer (PSE) role is currently available at Belcan in Queretaro, Mexico.

As a Lead PSE, you will serve as a technical expert for aircraft engine hardware and systems, providing critical support to customers including airlines, repair shops, and manufacturers.
You will ensure the accuracy of technical documentation, resolve complex engineering issues, and drive compliance with aerospace standards, all while collaborating with stakeholders under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Develop technical substantiation for engine hardware through engineering analyses (e.g., stress, thermal, fatigue) to validate performance, safety, and regulatory compliance with minimum guidance.
