We're looking for a Lead, Compensation Programs who can do more than execute, someone who can design, lead, influence, and build.

This role isn't for someone who wants to run comp cycles quietly in the background. It's for someone who wants to own the experience: for PBPs, for managers, for employees. You'll be the person who keeps the cycle on track when things get complicated, builds the trust that makes cross-functional work feel easy, and leaves every process better than you found it.
