Senior SAP HCM / ECP Functional Consultant (AMS) – Mexico Payroll

Senior SAP HCM Functional Consultant to provide L2/L3 AMS support in a highly customized, demanding enterprise environment, with deep expertise in Mexico payroll and the ability to troubleshoot complex production issues end‑to‑end with business and ABAP teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own AMS run support (L2/L3): analyze incidents, resolve defects, support minor enhancements, and ensure production stability during payroll cycles.
• Perform requirements analysis, prepare specs, and execute unit & regression testing.
• Provide functional leadership for Mexico payroll solutions; guide business key users on payroll processes and system behavior.
• Troubleshoot and design solutions using strong knowledge of payroll rules & schemas (PCR/schema).
• Analyze statutory/legal impacts and compliance needs for MX payroll including taxes, social security, PTU, SDI, CF...
