Lead Electrical Designer – responsible for electrical design activities across small to medium-sized projects and work packages. Provides technical and design leadership, mentoring a small design team, and ensures high-quality, constructible, and cost-effective electrical designs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and delivery of electrical design deliverables, including layouts, routing, installation drawings, cable tray and conduit layouts, lighting, grounding, earthing, and hazardous area layouts.

Provide technical guidance and oversight to Electrical Designers and Design Technologists.

Review and check design deliverables for quality, constructability, and compliance with project standards, codes, and specifications.

Ensure designs comply with applicable codes and standards (e.g., CSA, NEC, IEC, client standards, and project-specific requirements).
