**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

**Hardware Engineering Leadership**

+ Lead hardware engineering for DCS projects: architecture, cabinet design, I/O distribution, marshalling philosophy, network layout, and 3rd party interfaces.
+ Define deliverables, plan execution, allocate work to engineers/designers/drafters, and ensure schedule, quality, and budget adherence.
+ Drive and actively participate in technical reviews; drive risk identification, mitigation planning, and technical decision closure with cross-functional stakeholders.
+ Act as the technical focal point for cabinet build execution; resolve assembly queries related to wiring practices, power distribution, component selection, and layout compliance.

**Project Execution & Deliverables**

+ Review customer specifications and inputs; identify gaps/risks and coordinate clarifications with stakeholders.
