Job Description Summary

As a member of our field staff, you are part of a large team that shares the workload and supports one another at every turn. Field staff deliver and install temporary fence, receive guidance from a Supervisor and Operations Manager, and work together to load their trucks and deliver the best customer experience possible.

• Full in‑depth training and coaching, including forklift certification, is provided.
• This position reports directly to the Operations Manager and involves daily interaction with clients, operations staff, and their counterparts.

Responsibilities

As a Fence Installer & Driver you will:

• Transport fence materials safely to and from job sites using a one‑tonne truck.
• Serve as the lead hand on site, supervising the crew during fence installation.
• Safely set up and tear down temporary fencing per company procedures.
