Lead Fence Installer The Lead Fence Installer position is a leadership role that requires attention to detail to ensure the successful execution of all fencing projects and that they are handled in accordance with company standards. You will be responsible for overseeing a crew in the performance of preparing, removal, and installation of all types of fencing per spec requirements while delivering excellent customer service. As a field employee, you are the face of the company and we rely on you to maintain a sense of professionalism and focus on getting the task completed in a safe and timely manner, even while under pressure to meet tight deadlines and strict security requirements. This is a physically demanding job that is mostly working outside in various weather conditions. Driving to and from jobsites will be an essential function of job duties.
