Position Overview

Under the direction of the Manager, Supply and Distribution, this role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory control within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.

• Ensures that proper inventory control parameters are set up in the WMS when stock items are added or deleted from inventory.
• Ensures that proper location control parameters are set up when stock locations are added, modified or deleted.
• Ensures that proper order processing parameters are set up to establish efficient put‑away and picking routes.
• Coordinates the cycle count process and maintains ABC classifications.
• Monitors daily cycle counts and investigates adjustments that may indicate problems.
• Reviews item movement reports and recommends location moves or deletions to enhance efficiency.
• Assists in training new staff and monitoring correct processes.
