Lead Installer

Reporting To: Install Field Manager

Department: Home Services Operations

Location: Barrie

Rate of Pay: $37.43 per hour - as per collective agreement

Hours of Work: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., five (5) consecutive days per week

Complete all HVAC, water heater, and all other equipment installations relating to products sold by Enercare Home Services.

Responsibilities

• Accountable and responsible for sustaining and delivering high customer satisfaction and excellence levels in our Home Service Operations Group.
• Accountable and responsible for the effective and efficient completion of installations, delivery and removal of equipment required for performing all installations to company standards and in keeping with our value proposition.
