We are looking for a bilingual (EnglishSpanish) Lead IT Engineer to own and lead the management and configuration of our cloud applications (including Microsoft 365), our laptops (a mix of Windows and Macs) our office network (including firewalls and local storage). This hands‑on leadership position is responsible for maintaining high availability, security, and performance across our entire IT stack, with special focus on vulnerability management, patching, backup & recovery, wireless networks, and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Manage vulnerability assessment and patching cycles across the infrastructure to ensure systems remain secure and up to date.
• Administer and maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions for corporate device lifecycle management.
