We are a fast-growing global reinsurance speciality company servicing the insurance markets of Lloyd’s, Europe and North America.

Due to growth, we’re looking for our very first Lead Modeller to design, build and govern our Business Plan Model (BPM)—a core tool underpinning strategic Group decisions across forecasting, valuation, capital allocation and long‑term planning. 

Reporting to the Head of Capital in Actuarial, you’ll bridge technical model development, capital management and strategic financial analysis, ensuring the BPM remains accurate, transparent, auditable and aligned to Group standards.
