Key Responsibilities: 1. Centralized Offline Marketing Strategy & Calendar Planning Develop and own the annual and quarterly offline marketing roadmap across regions in alignment with overall sales funnel targets. Proactively identify market-level opportunities in advance rather than reacting to branch requests. Define structured offline playbooks for Top, Mid, and Bottom funnel activities. 2. Funnel-Based Local Marketing Design In collaboration with branch leaders, design offline initiatives across: Top of Funnel: Local brand visibility, association partnerships, sponsorships, medical ecosystem branding. Mid Funnel: Knowledge seminars, curated group engagements, educational meets. Bottom of Funnel: Closed-door roundtables, curated HNI/doctor meets, high-intent relationship events.
