Drive quality excellence at our Brockville manufacturing site as a Lead Quality Manager, focusing on compliance and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will shape our Quality Management System (QMS).
In the Operations department, you'll be responsible for leading and continuously enhancing the QMS to meet rigorous internal and regulatory standards. Your experience will be pivotal in lowering customer complaints and improving internal quality metrics. By fostering a knowledgeable and accountable quality team, you'll inspire a culture of improvement across the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain AAR M1003 certification without non-conformances
• Achieve a minimum reduction of 20% in customer complaints
• Deliver a 10-15% reduction in rework costs annually
• Create and execute training plans for the quality team
