You will assess training needs, design impactful learning experiences, and partner with leaders and experts to ensure program effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or relevant area
• At least 5 years of experience in talent development
• Certification in adult education preferred
