Morgan Advanced Materials is seeking an OpEx Engineer in San Juan del Río, Querétaro to drive Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives across their plant. Responsible for leading Kaizen events, coaching teams, and implementing process optimizations, you will play a vital role in enhancing operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 3-5 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing. Skills in Six Sigma and Microsoft Office are preferred.
