Responsibilities
Analyze opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation across all areas of the organization, identify and eliminate sources of variation and waste, follow Lean Six Sigma methodology and the principles of Lean Management, and promote the sustainability of the Lean management culture through training, moderation of workshops, execution of projects and coaching.
Coach and audit problem solving, 5S, shopfloor management principles and daily management to support plant growth and prepare new colleagues for their roles.
Lead improvement projects on the shopfloor, in the warehouse and for business processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
3‐4 years of experience in continuous improvement / lean engineering.
2 years of project management experience.
2 years of experience leading improvement projects.
