We are currently seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to support CI Wealth with the design, facilitation and coordination of learning and development programs for internal CI employees, advisors and staff members. The successful candidate will develop and deliver engaging, creative learning experiences across in-person, blended, and online formats to improve individual and organizational performance. Develop and deliver engaging and impactful learning experiences in-person, blended, and online. Conduct needs assessment to determine appropriate learning solutions and delivery methods.
