Learning and Development Technical Facilitator – Revenue Cycle

London: 2 Cavendish Square with travel to Prestatyn and Manchester as required. Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday (Hybrid working available). Permanent.

The Learning and Development (L&D) Technical Facilitator is responsible for designing, developing and delivering high‑quality process training within the assigned Revenue Cycle function. This role ensures colleagues are fully equipped with the knowledge, skills and confidence required to perform their roles effectively.

Initially specialising in Revenue Assurance as part of Revenue Cycle – the individual will later cross‑train to support both the Contact Centre and Patient Access. Collaborating closely with department managers and Process & Policy Analysts, they will create and refine training materials that align with business needs and enhance operational efficiency.
