The L&OD Learning Facilitator supports the design and delivery of contemporary, engaging learning solutions under the guidance of the Manager L&OD. Working in partnership with operational teams, the role contributes to building workforce capability and service excellence through effective facilitation, workplace assessment, and responsive, learner-centred approaches that translate learning into practice.
