We are looking for a full-time Legal Assistant, Corporate Services. In this role, you will be responsible for providing practice management support to our Corporate Services Law Clerks, assisting them in providing exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, format, and proofread legal and corporate documents, including Share Certificates, resolutions, agreements, policies, and correspondence.
- Maintain corporate records, minute books, and document management systems.
- Timekeeping & accounting, including entering and finalizing dockets, preparing Workflow forms, and further documentation related to cheque requisitions, AMEX statements and other accounting procedures.
- Email, phone & calendar management, including liaising with clients, scheduling appointments, arranging conference calls, booking facilities and other meeting requirements (meals, audio visual equipment, etc.).
