The Human Rights Tribunal is an independent tribunal established by the Human Rights Code (Code) to provide dispute resolution services in human rights matters. The Tribunal receives, mediates, and adjudicates complaints in human rights matters. Legal Counsel is responsible for providing the Tribunal and Tribunal Chair with effective legal advice, services and representation regarding complex legal issues related to the Tribunal's mandate under the Human Rights Code.
