Job Description
- As a member of the global Business & Legal Affairs team supporting WildBrain’s Franchise and marketing teams, and working in a fast-paced environment, serve as a trusted legal partner to the Franchise and marketing teams around marketing campaigns, content creation, promotional events, sponsorships, influencer partnerships, talent engagement, social media activations, giveaways / contests / sweepstakes, and reviewing and drafting the various ancillary agreements to support.
- Monitoring marketing regulations, advertising standards and data protection regulations, and translating into practical advice in support of marketing and brand campaigns unique to kids-focused marketing.
- Apply sound judgement to manage and resolve time-sensitive escalations quickly and effectively to support the business unit’s ambitious objectives.
