Position Objective
This role will work with the Mexico's legal department to provide high quality legal support to BRP's legal entities worldwide mainly in the labor, corporate and commercial law.
The role will involve providing essential legal support and day-to-day advice across the operations in Mexico and LATAM.

Lead Responsibilities
Structuring, drafting, reviewing and analyzing agreements, contracts and other legal documents
Give accurate and timely counsel
Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies
Responding to external/internal comments while ensuring required legal terms are reflected in a contract
Collaborating with peers and leaders in legal, HR and purchase departments to ensure project and deal outcomes align with proprieties
