About this role
This role has primary responsibility for Diageo TW business under the Greater China hub.
Be an effective and pragmatic legal and business advisor to TW management team by understanding the business closely and building great relationships with key stakeholders in both the Diageo business and third-party relationships.Proactively manage day to day legal affairs for Diageo TW business including but not limited to drafting/negotiating commercial contracts, reviewing marketing and advertising promotions, dealing with commercial disputes, trade practices issues, and litigation.Provide efficient and commercially relevant legal and compliance support to Diageo TW. Provide input and key supports in Corporate Relations, Finance, HR, Sales, Supply and Marketing teams.
