Summary

This is a Director-level position providing leadership, direct and indirect supervision to subordinate managers and employees performing highly specialized roles across both the Procurement and Hardware Platform Solutions (HPS) Commercial legal functions. This role will report directly to the Assistant General Counsel HPS Direct and Channel Sales and Procurement. Responsibilities include objective setting, policy formation, interpretation and management while providing latitude and discretion to subordinates. The position is accountable for projects or programs on a multi-national or global basis, split equally between procurement legal support and HPS commercial legal matters. Work requires investigating and resolving a wide variety of highly unusual conditions that carry long-term implications.
