- Develop and implement the company's legal strategy.
- Ensure compliance with the legal framework in Mexico (tax, corporate and labor laws).
- Advise management on legal issues related to taxes, accounting policies and internal procedures.
- Develop and implement internal compliance policies.
- Supervise and verify the preparation and documentation of service contracts with domestic and international clients; supplier, credit and procurement contracts.
