We are seeking a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse with a dedication for delivering compassionate patient care to join our team at Fort St. John Hospital. In accordance with the established mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities of Northern Health, and under the general supervision of Manager or designate, the LPN works closely with the care team in direct care activities such as assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating interventions, and coordinating health services for the Emergency Department patients. Participates in discharge and/or care planning, functions as a patient advocate, and teaches patients and their families about illness/injury and overall health promotion and wellness.
