About the Role

• Enabling and enhancing L&H Smart Circles for the LatAm Market Unit, including:
• Developing a strong understanding of the LatAm L&H Portfolio, focusing on drivers for underlying business performance
• Maintaining strong feedback loops via Smart Circles forums, ensuring alignment between cross‑functional teams to enable timely identification of risks & opportunities and actions in response
• Providing support for management reporting on the L&H in‑force, such as the Business Review Meetings
• Supporting the LatAm Market Unit in proactively managing and enhancing our in‑force book, including:
• Providing expert input and guidance on decisions around management of our in‑force, including IFRS considerations
