Reporting to the Director, National Field Sales, the Field Sales Manager will effectively represent Lindt & Sprüngli to the Area Merchandise Manager, Territory Managers and General Trade in a professional manner that promotes the aggressive growth and development of Lindt, Ghirardelli, and Ricola products within the mandate of the Lindt & Sprüngli sales and marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve sales objectives through effectively managing the deployment of Territory Managers while respecting the Key Accounts and Regional plan.
