We are looking for a Line Cook with a passion for gastronomy and the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-performance environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare food following recipes and quality standards (portion control).
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the workstation (BOH).
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef on inventory control.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Line Cook (or advanced Gastronomy student/intern).
- Knowledge of sanitation standards (certification desirable).
- Ability to work in a team and handle service peaks (university rush hours).
