The role of a Litigation Associate involves representing clients across multiple judicial and quasi-judicial forums including DRT, DRAT, NCLT, NCLAT, High Court, and District Courts. The position requires active involvement in litigation matters related to debt recovery, insolvency and bankruptcy, company law disputes, and other civil litigation cases. You will be expected to draft and review legal pleadings such as petitions, applications, replies, affidavits, and written submissions. In addition, you will conduct in-depth legal research, prepare case briefs, and provide well-reasoned legal opinions to support ongoing cases. Coordination with clients, counsels, court clerks, and tribunal staff will be essential to ensure timely filings and compliance.
