ResponsibilitiesDispatch couriers for pickups and deliveries ensuring maximum efficiencies and effectiveness in service.Monitor and evaluate route loads to ensure balance of workload, flexibility of workforce, reassignments, and provide coverage in the event of breakdowns.Organize pick‐up/delivery requests for customers according to location and reroute couriers when necessary.Handle all customer incoming calls regarding pickup/delivery matters.Communicate with station personnel or customers about estimated time of arrival and other related questions or concerns.Stay knowledgeable on city geography and traffic flow to provide directions to customer locations as needed.Maintain Station Ops.Manager updated regarding pertinent workforce and service conditions; provide service reliability and/or fleet adjustments.May be required to perform other duties as assigned.M...
