FedEx Express is looking for a Courier to deliver packages and provide outstanding customer service in the Latin America and Caribbean region.
Responsibilities - Provide courteous and efficient package delivery, sorting, and collection services.
- Complete required paperwork and record shipments in accordance with FedEx Express service standards.
- Operate non-articulated vehicles safely and efficiently, complying with all governmental and corporate procedures.
- Accomplish accurate and timely selection, inspection, and reporting of assigned packages, stop counts, and mis-sorts.
- Seek additional business from current customers and assist in new business development.
- Answer customer questions and keep them informed about FedEx services.
- Verify that packages meet FedEx features of service, proper labeling, and accurate paperwork.
