To sell FedEx services to customer in assigned revenue bands, through approved techniques, in an assigned geographic area; to make presentations for prospective and established accounts; and to service existing accounts._x000D_

Ensures attainment of assigned revenue goals.
Maximizes the number of effective calls made each day to establish accounts and strengthen distribution and sales volumes.
Develops and maintains a predefined customer base through effective sales techniques.
Maintains accurate and up-to-date
- records of customer activity and account profile information to ensure proper call frequency and follow-up in resolving customer problems.
Assists in the implementation of marketing and promotional programs.
Interfaces with different FedEx departments to ensure customer satisfaction (for Credit & Collections, Invoicing, Customer Service, or Operations) in a timely manner, providing feedback to the lead source regarding the results.
