Provides overall direction for the Communication programs for all markets, liaising with appropriate marketing specialists in assigned countries, and overseeing strategy and execution in country. Manages the PR agency in country for program implementation. Adapts, rolls out, and supports regional programs for workplace communications in local markets. Oversees written communications and all media outreach efforts. Coordinates media events, internal communications of key programs and results, support for media training and executive visibility initiatives, and compliance with all related policies and procedures. Provides management with frequent updates on the progress of all communication programs and presents recommendations to senior management.
