Location: Bogotá, Colombia (hybrid model)

Main Responsibilities

• Support local contracts, ensure IDD is conducted and compliance clauses are implemented.
• Conduct local trainings and communication actions.
• Support Scatec in conducting risk assessments of projects.
• Support integrity due diligence connected to projects.
• Coordinate/monitor grievance mechanisms in case compliance complaints arise.
• Prepare and present compliance presentations for the project (e.g., board presentations).
• Represent local compliance in meetings and participate as required.
