Locum Consultant in Paediatric Dentistry

This role is a 12‑month fixed‑term part‑time consultant position on 4PA, available on Wednesdays and Fridays, within the Royal National ENT & Eastman Dental Hospitals, University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Applicants must hold full registration with the United Kingdom General Dental Council and be on the GDC Specialist List in Paediatric Dentistry.

Main duties of the job

The post-holder will work in the Paediatric Dental Department of the Eastman Dental Hospital on Wednesdays and Fridays. Responsibilities include diagnosis, treatment planning, treatment under general anaesthetic and sedation, supervision of trainees and postgraduate students, involvement in multidisciplinary clinics (e.g., hypodontia, orthopaedic paediatrics, anomalies and oral medicine), and participation in remote advice clinics.
